Hi, I'm Kristofer.

I’m a former educator turned UX Designer. As an educator, I learned the importance of communication, empathy, and understanding. I believe that in order to create a peak user experience and a product that meets the needs of its users, it is necessary to communicate effectively, empathize with their experiences, and understand their perspectives.

When I'm not at my desk I can be found hanging out with my family watching movies and playing board games or on an adventure. I'm an avid fan of D&D and Magic: The Gathering as well. If I'm not immersed in a campaign of D&D with friends then I'm usually complaining about a mana flood or lack thereof during a game of Commander.

As a UX designer working with cross-functional teams and agile methods, my mission is to create user-centered design solutions that meet the needs and goals of both users and business requirements.

I don't adhere or subscribe to only one type of design process because there is always more than one way to solve a problem. I do believe the most important skill to utilize during any process is listening in order to understand.

I am committed to continuously improving my skills and knowledge, as well as staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, in order to deliver the best possible outcomes for users and business goals.
